Standalone services
Need help with one specific thing? These are fixed-scope services. Anything outside the listed scope is quoted separately before work starts.
Gap Assessment: a review of your current policies and documents against the NDIS Practice Standards, with a written summary of gaps and what to fix. It doesn't include rewriting documents.
Internal Audit: a practice audit that follows the NDIS audit process, with auditor-style questions and a written report of strengths and non-conformities.
Incident Management Framework: incident report templates, a register, an escalation flow and guidance on what needs reporting.
Risk Management Framework: a risk register, assessment guidance, and a structure for reviewing and escalating risks.
