How registration works
- Apply to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and choose your registration groups.
- Receive your scope of audit, which tells you whether you need a verification or certification audit.
- Get your systems in place: policies, procedures, records and evidence that match the Practice Standards.
- Book an approved quality auditor and complete your audit.
- The Commission decides on your registration.
I support you through steps 1 to 4. The audit itself is done by an approved quality auditor you engage separately.
Why work with me
I've worked as a support worker for over six years and I still do shifts, so I know how supports actually work day to day. I've also completed Lead Auditor training, so I understand how auditors assess the Practice Standards. I'm based in the Redlands and work with providers across Australia.
Common questions
How long does NDIS registration take? It depends on your audit type and how ready your documents are. Verification is usually quicker than certification, which can take several months.
Do I need verification or certification? Your registration groups decide it. Your scope of audit from the Commission confirms which one applies.
Can you guarantee I'll be registered? No one can. The auditor and the NDIS Commission make that decision. My job is to make sure you go in prepared.
