Hi, I’m Mikela, the founder of Kind Compliance.

I’ve spent over six years as a support worker, out in the community helping participants live their most fulfilling lives, and I still do shifts today. That work showed me how much good providers care, and how often they get buried in paperwork, policies and processes nobody explains properly.

I’ve since completed Lead Auditor training through SAI Global, so I know what auditors look for and how the NDIS Practice Standards are assessed. My job is to turn that into systems that make sense for your business and actually get used day to day.

I don’t conduct certification or verification audits. Those are done by NDIS Commission approved quality auditors.

My role is to get you ready for them.

I work with sole traders, small teams and established providers, whether you’re registering for the first time, preparing for an audit, or tidying up what you already have.

I’m based in the Redlands and work with providers across Australia.
