What auditors look at
Auditors check three things: that your documents meet the Practice Standards, that your records show you follow them, and that your staff and participants can describe how things work. Preparation covers all three, not just the paperwork.
Common questions
What's the difference between certification and verification? Verification is a lighter, document-based audit for lower-risk supports. Certification is more in-depth and usually includes interviews and file sampling.
Do you do the audit? No. Audits are done by NDIS Commission approved quality auditors. I help you prepare, and I can support you during the audit.
Can you work remotely? Yes. I work with providers across Australia by video call, email and shared documents.
